A payment screenshot, transaction receipt, or transfer initiation message does not independently constitute confirmation that the funds have been received.

7.3 Dispatch Timeline

The 48-hour dispatch timeline begins after successful payment verification.

If a bank transfer is pending, delayed, incorrectly referenced, or not yet credited to our account, order processing and dispatch may be delayed.

7.4 Bank Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable transfer charges imposed by their banks or payment providers, particularly for international transfers.

Where bank charges reduce the amount received below the order total, we may request payment of the outstanding amount before processing the order.
